A User’s Agreement is first signed with Advansale, following which a cost-free 30-days trial period starts. Our customers can start fully utilize Advansale from the minute they have accepted the User’s Agreement. There are no restrictions with regards to the number of users or their roles that any client can assign to his employees.
Before Advansale can be used, the Outsourced Services' Provider must first replicate, on Advansale, its own Operational & Business Development set-ups. This is executed in few successive quick steps:
This is needed so that Leads, originated through an internal channel (i.e. employee), can be credited to these employees. There is no limit to the number of employees added to Advansale by the Outsourced Services' Provider. Employees and their respective roles can be created by those holding the role of SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR or, if deemed more convenient, directly by us, once we receive the required information from the client.
To foster transparency, governance and role ownership, Advansale is established as a role-enabled platform. It allows different employees to hold multiple predefined roles*. Though there is no limit to the number of roles that can be held by any of the client's employees, the assignment of the roles needs to be carefully executed to preserve governance. By default, all employees granted access to Advansale (i.e. holding any one of the Advansale roles) can create Leads, though they can only view the ones that they have created. They can't see Leads created by other employees to restrict the risks of data leakage.
These master data represent the information that underpins the delivery of the Outsourced Services by the client. In short, these master data are made of:
